We really enjoined our stay at this property. The personnel is very nice, rooms very clean and conformable and breakfast is great. Just 7 minutes walk to Matterhorn-Express, the hotel is very central but quiet at the same time.

From start to finish. This hotel was a dream. Everything you see is what you get and a bit more. The staff were all so lovely and polite. They made an extra effort on my birthday which I did not even tell them about. Room service was great and always came back to a treat and tidy room. Where do I start?! I’m so happy I went with Plateau-Rosa for my birthday trip! It was exactly what I was looking for - quiet, relaxing, and with a great view of the Matterhorn. I was warmly greeted by Pierre at the front desk and shown to my room, which was tidy, bright, and had a large balcony. We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. The staff, hotel and restaurant were first class and went out of their way to make our experience special. We took a taxi to Zermaat from a nearby town and the hotel sent a horse and carriage to collect us.
