The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Just ask them any queries and they will try to help you. The room is clean with a small kitchen and balcony. The view is spectacular. You can see the matterhorn from there. Enjoy a cup of hot beverage with a spectacular view. The buffet breakfast is outstanding with a lot of varieties.
