"Marriott Heathrow is very clean with a great restaurant. The only downside is that there is no shuttle to the airport; this seems like an obvious amenity to offer for an airport hotel. I had to book a shuttle at additional expense; I would have much preferred it to be included in my room fee."

"We arrived at Wembley to find out original hotel had overbooked and had no reservations for us. Panicked scramble found a room at the Hilton - we arrived and checked in within 10 minutes of booking. The staff were incredibly polite and I genuinely felt noting was too much trouble. When I asked if an extra person (who had also been affected by the overbooking) could join us, they added an extra bed to the room whilst we were out. Housekeeping staff were very professional and polite, and asked us how we enjoyed our stay. The room itself was immaculate and spacious."

"We chose Sheraton Heathrow for our overnight stay because of its proximity to the airport, and the available shuttle through the Hoppa Bus. Of course it would be more convenient to stay at the hotel connected to the terminals, so you don't need to depend on shuttles, but you would have to pay a much higher price. Sheraton Heathrow suits our purpose nicely. Will stay again here next time."
