I love this Parador, and keep returning, even from Australia! I am spoiled by the staff in the room allocation and restaurant. It is great to get good service in restaurants, and I ask for a special tables with a view. I could just stay forever!!

Difficult to find when driving into Ronda, but worth it when you get there. Staff were really helpful and well informed with local activities. The hotel restaurant was great. Superb location overlooking the valleys with exceptionally good food. A great way to end the day, peacefully watching the sun go down. The room was quite snug but this allowed for a larger bathroom area, so it was acceptable. But the air conditioning was perfect, didn't blow too cold or noisy all night. Overall a great stay.
this is a really cool hotel that is designed with recycled materials ---the reception desk is a car, the lights are hats or collandars, the tables are surf boards, the planters are basketballs and each room has an art theme and is unique! the breakfast is amazing & guests always have access to wine, juice, coffee etc
the staff is sweet and the hotel welcoming & in a great location on a picturesque cobblestone street in the ancient part of the city

There are certainly hotels closer to the new bridge (which is where everyone wants to go), but it was well worth a 10-minute walk to stay here, instead. The room (a small suite) was huge, the amenities excellent, and the environment was quiet and easy in every way. We were able to park right at the front door of the hotel. The manager was a little shaky in English at times, but super helpful--even started an early breakfast the day we had to leave. On a tour of Spain and Portugal, this hotel made Ronda probably the best stop and the most comfortable anywhere. What a bargain--we just loved it!
Set 35 kilometres inland, Ronda is a very picturesque, typical Andalusian town popular with Costa del Sol day trippers. Its emblematic feature is its bridge, spanning a vertiginous 150-metre deep gorge that dramatically bisects Ronda. There are plenty of historic visitor attractions including Spain’s oldest bullring (with museum), Arab baths, and a fine palace. Close by are a number of charming /ipueblos blancos/i (white villages), including Grazalema and Gaucín.
