"The hotel was very impressive on arrival in the foyer, check in staff lovely. The room wasn’t ready so we went up to the bar for a snack. I used the toilet there which left a lot to be desired. 3 cubicles for both men and women. Very shabby and basic, not what I expected after the initial entrance.
