I think it was newly renovated so everything was new and clean. Our apartment had a spectacular view of the hills and cliff. We loved the big balcony/terrace with incredible views of the mountains. The apartment was large and comfortable . We, too, however experienced a smell from the shower room but this didn’t really impact our stay. The location was perfect, within a short walking distance from the centre. I would recommend the 90 minute walking tour with Get Your Guide which really helps to get your bearings and decide what you want to go back to see. We visited the Cuenca Gardens, Bullring and the museums in the old town. Fantastic meals at Casa Maria, Tropicana (opposite the apartments), Tragata and Abades. Room was clean and tidy, didnt really spend much time there to be honest. Central to all the sights to see in Ronda. Very nice lady greeted us at reception and showed us to our room. The staff had WhatsApped me a couple of days beforehand asking what time I’d arrive. Really useful to have the number as the reception isn’t manned 24 hours. Pity we couldn’t stay 2 nights as it was booked up when I realised we needed a second night. Pool looked good (although I didn’t swim).
