"The hotel is fantastic, the staff was so friendly, the food spread was delicious and variable. The breakfast was my favourite, fresh guacamole, amongst other things, was the best way to start the day! For those wanting to travel by bus there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the city centre. There is also a QR code listed at the stop which tells in how many minutes the bus will arrive at the stop, this is extremely handy for planning the departure time...

"We had the private room for 4 people, it was great although had no storage or hooks and was also tiny for 3 people. Cleanliness was good other than a pile of old hair in the shower. Also be warned that the bunk beds are hard to get into as the steps are very steep. Location is perfect, so close to everything but the hostel was still super quiet at night so this didn’t affect sleep. Overall a modern, attractive place to stay and great value for money "

"Overall a Lovely Hotel with friendly staff. A lady at reception went to a lot of trouble to try get us a dentist on a Saturday unfortunately was unable to but did try her best. There was a mix up with our complementary drink which we didn't receive on check in so I mentioned it on check out and they offered a glass of prosecco. "Lovely hotel. Rooms are a good size and very clean. They have everything you could want even hair straighteners. When we arrived our cases were taken and we were offered a glass of cava. The staff are exceptional and very welcoming. I would definitely book again. Thank you so much for looking after us. "

"Room was basic but affordable, central, quiet, secure. Could do with carpet or rug in room plus tea/coffee. Staff friendly, English-speaking. Close to rail station so easy access to airport 8 mins, other nearby resorts. Will stay again."
