"My stay at Ella Alkyna was lovely. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The food! Every restaurant the food was excellent. My favorite was Satoumi. You can tell that Ella really took their time putting together restaurants/menus/chefs because the restaurants did not disappoint. All of the wait staff really made sure that you were comfortable and were taken care of. I think my only qualm is the hills, it was a steep hill to get to the beach/steep hill to get back to the main reception building but thankfully I’d you call reception they will send a golf cart to get you. I do think aside from the boat excursions they should also mention that there is a bus that picks you up from the hotel and will take you into town, had I known I would have loved to explore the town. Lovely peaceful trip I will say."

In general the hotel was nice in a great location the staff were polite and helpful although a little slow as per the breakfast comment. The safe charge is not justified only the key deposit, this is not mentioned on there website and we were not informed on this during the checkin process"
