"We have stayed twice now as we love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, rooms are air conditioned. The food in the hotel has a wide range, we are vegan and managed to find a variety - more so than last year too. (After about 5 days of half board we were ready for a break from it). Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll have a lovely time here."

"Had a wonderful time at Grupotel Mar de Menorca. The staff is fantastic, green spaces, clean pool, great selection for breakfast and dinner. The surrounding area is beautiful, cannot recommend it enough if you are planning a trip to Menorca. I'd suggest you rent a car if at all possible, the hotel is well connected but it is somewhat secluded (a good thing if you ask me!)."

"The property is in a great location just a short walk to the beach and the marina where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.
The accommodation is spacious but it is tired and could do with some money spent on bringing them up to better standard, the front of the hotel looks modern but the rooms themselves are looking tired in comparison but it is a great base.
The breakfast is ok, the fresh fruit was mouldy one day. There is plenty to choose from but my son loves porridge and was disappointed there wasn’t any.
The staff are all lovely and super friendly.
The pool is amazing add to the facilities, it does lack atmosphere and there was a smell around it. There isn’t much to do at the property, although they do have live entertainment which is every other night. The pool snack bar is reasonably priced and nice.
Other all we had a good stay, we stayed 3 nights and it was long enough for us."
"The hotel is in very good location, with two pools with nice views. I like the internal aesthetics of the property.
Parking is available with lift for the bags.
The staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was slightly above ok.
One fixable issue is the noise: the corridor between the rooms need floor insulation, it cant be just tiles as it creates major noise every time someone drag their bags or cleaner uses trolleys, also the doors need proper insulation as you can hear every single noise outside the room and viseverse."

"Absolutely beautiful resort just a short drive from Corfu Town. It feels wonderfully secluded without being inconvenient, with a peaceful waterfront setting that makes it easy to truly unwind. The property itself is stunning, the food is excellent, and the entire experience feels calm, polished, and restorative. If you’re looking for a beautiful escape by the water with plenty of peace and quiet, look no further.
Our biggest regret was not booking an extra night or two to just hang out on the property to relax."
"They have customer service down pat! From the very moment we stepped out of our Taxi, staff made it very clear, they wanted us to have a memorable stay. They greeted us with a big, bright, smile and a helping hand immediately. We sipped on fruit infused water as we checked in. Once in our room, the view of the planes taking off was awesome to see! Securing car service for our outings each evening, was such a breeze. The hotel has their own car service on hand to be at your beckoned call. It was wonderful. Staff exceptional. Grounds exceptional. It was fun to walk around and explore and keep finding more and more of the hotel."
"The location is fantastic - we went for the eclipse and it didn’t disappoint - however the rooms themselves could use some tlc! The main pool is lovely but the bar service is slow and under staffed- even before the day of the eclipse - definitely need more bar staff - poor Sainer worked v hard with no help - bad management there as there were other staff able to help (inc managers!) but overall nice chill place - v little else around but there is a supermarket close by - food is ok - breakfast is better than the evening meal but they have everything- although as is with meals served en mass - never great 😌
Taxi to the Ciutadella was 12 euro ans well worth a visit"
