The hotel is very nice but upgraded rooms for example a superior from a standard there is not much difference. It’s also a shame that the beach location shuts at 6pm and you have to book to use the rooftop and indoor pool. Other than that a modest stay.

We really enjoyed our stay for 6 nights at this hotel. Staff were so friendly and always willing to help with a smile. Spa facilities were great- we used them almost everyday after a busy day out it was really relaxing to use the sauna and the jacuzzi. The beach club was convenient as it was just a walking distance away. I would highly recommend this hotel with no hesitation. Five star service all the time. Thank you all staff at the hotel!

For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this hotel is perfect. The room has everything you need – a comfortable bed, a great bathroom, and excellent service. The reception staff were also very attentive and courteous. The hotel also offers free access to sun loungers by the pool, which is located right by the sea – a beautiful setting with great service. There is a wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and pool – everything is clean and well-maintained. All in all, highly recommended – especially for couples or adults looking for relaxation.

The only minor negative is a bit of construction going on across the road, but that seems to be the normal all throughout Malta at the moment. The best overall hotel experience I ever had in Malta. The location is ideal with its proximity to Sliema ferries and the coast. Less busy and noisy than St Julians. Gym and Spa are good quality. Beach club included is perfect for a lazy day. Overall a very pleasant time awaiting for anyone staying at 1926.

Despite the hotel being in an extremely built up area - well, to be honest, a noisy building site in which we counted 37 cranes- the staff made our stay very pleasant

Modern clean hotel

The hotel is very clean and modern with only hangong space and no drawers. My room was one of the smaller doubles and looked out onto building work which started before 8 most mornings so it was a bit noisy. The fiod at the beachclub is very good but it is a 5 minute walk away.

The hotel was in a good location with free access to a beach club and the room was kept extremely clean, thanks to staff Azam! Unfortunately the pool is accessed via a booking system and during our 3 days there was no availability, we went up to the pool to check and the sun-beds were empty yet we were still told they were fully booked. This ruined my birthday as one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a pool.

Was disappointed with the room upgrade as had a balcony view of a building site which we wasn't told about. Other than that the staff were friendly reception were helpful
