Everything was excellent and of a very high standard. We were welcomed warmly upon arrival and received the same friendly service throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and well maintained. The air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature. A special mention to Mike, who was very polite, friendly, and positive! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy their vacation.

The staff treats you like family, not a guest. The place was very clean and efficient. I didn't know how to turn on stove the service to help me was straight forward like if you were helping a family member. The roof top pool view is amazing my last day there we relaxed on the roof top.. Great stay and will stay again

Great room!! Nice view! A little bit far from the center of Puerto morellos (you need a car) and the Sargasse in july was everywhere, with the smell that comes with it.

Room was absolutely beautiful with picturesque views. Room was exactly as shown during booking. Property is very clean and quiet. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here.

The room and grounds were all very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s located in a quiet area north of town, so you’ll have a peaceful time. There aren’t many things around the hotel, which means you’ll have to walk a moderate distance or drive to restaurants, etc. Overall, a very nice property.

Gorgeous property and rooms. Super modern and a beachy vibe. Has everything you need to cook with, even a smoothie maker! Loved the hammock. Rooftop was a huge bonus, amazing 360 views, a pool and lounge chairs. Beach towels provided too!! Lovely friendly staff, very helpful. Great proximity to beach, great views. Felt very safe. Loved our stay so much, highly recommend staying here!

Very friendly staff and well educated on customer service. The young lady who greeted us was very helpful when we asked for direction. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. My fault, I did book this place without looking on a map. So the proximity to dt Puerto Morelos was more of a short drive instead of a walk. Oh well, we still enjoyed our stay! P.S. our bed was super comfy💗

I honestly thought I was staying at an all inclusive resort . I could’ve been mistaken but has what I thought I booked but overall it was a beautiful stay. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed to stay for an extended time. It’s close to the beach and you can bicycle to another beach in less than ten minutes! Overall I enjoyed my stay. If you are a black person it’s not many of us there but everyone was nice and friendly.

Very private, very clean, views were amazing and great security. The staff was very attentive and gracious! If staying longer than 3 days make sure reception knows and ask for fresh towels and room upkeep. One lot from the beach therefore access to beach is end of street (sometimes big trash containers are present) via a short ally. Walking to town via beach 20min. we loved it!

Cannot recommend this place enough!! I was looking for a short getaway to reset without the party scene of my youth. This place fit the bill perfectly. Tucked away from the higher prices and turn up crowds in Cancun, this was a hidden oasis right on the beach. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the unit was clean, the view was spectacular. The rooftop jacuzzi was a very nice touch. Can’t wait to return.
