We had to ask for a kettle and pots and pans. There was no sponge or fairy liquid or sponge to clean the plates. The cooker didn’t work; we had to wait until the night (11 pm) for it to work. It was not as advertised."

"Leonardo Royal was in a perfect location for me, a first time visitor to Glasgow. The staff was friendly and helpful especially the manager day at breakfast, Stephen. . The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The accommodations in the room were very comfortable. My only comment is there are no drawers to put clothes into if you unpack your bags. I think more hotels are leaning towards that, but when I stay more than two days, I like to unpack, and I was there for five. Also, I wish more hotels would have magnifying mirrors in the bathroom, but I would definitely stay there again on any return trip to Glasgow"
