Port Glasgow Train Station and Town Centre are about 15 minutes walk where you can find lots of eating places big stores like TESCO Extra, Next, TK Max etc. Loch Lomond is about 37 minutes by car. Largs is about 34 minutes by car The apartment is very well decorated with some designer stuff to bring the standard between 4 to 5 star. The people are extremely nice…especially to a hillbilly from East Tennessee who was easily confused driving on the left side of the road. The apartment has a beautiful view of Port Glasgow and the Clyde River. We enjoyed our visit. ##### William O. When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Fortunately the neighbour was able to let us in and provide a key, as well as contacting the host. It has a beautiful view of the Clyde, a nice living room and all the basics but the bedding was substandard, there were no towels available and even some of the lights were missing lightbulbs. While it looks like the property has been somewhat refurbished recently it is generally not well-maintained.
