fantastic family night. Great value for money. Food was out of this world!!! Only issue the room phone did not work and reception staff told us to contact reception from the room but all the phones in our building have been down for weeks. Pool and spa facilities great. Looking forward to coming back.

Lovely hotel right on the side of the Loch a 30 minute walk into town, but has a great restaurant and bar on site. Fab for Loch side walks, parking on site and free

The staff were friendly, with one lovely ginger boy telling us lots of stories about the hotel and its origins, and one tall waiter finding us a seat looking onto the arena despite those tables all being reserved (sorry that I forgot the actual names!) I stayed with two friends to do some walking in the Trossachs and Loch Lomond area. Superb luxury hotel .. right on the Loch yet 20 miles or so from Glasgow . Very top end spot yet totally unpretentious . Lots of restaurants and bars , great well appointed room and a common theme of professional staff in all areas of the hotel . The hotel has beautiful scenic views and gorgeous interior. The staff at this hotel could not have been more welcoming, starting with reception, to house keeping, to the staff at the spa/pool and lastly but not least the restaurant staff. I did, however, have one negative experience which was that I passed out in the spa sauna - the high tempature and my low blood pressure were not a good mix. This was a good value nice pub with good rooms dinning and breakfast. Nice beer snd food. Not fancy fine dinning but just what I wanted after a long walk. I would definitely stay there again.

Booked a short notice overnight stay in one of the upgraded pods. It was very nice with a very nice location. It was really quiet and peaceful. We booked dinner in the restaurant and the staff wee attentive, accomodating and very polite. The food choice wasnt huge but the quality of the food was good. The hotel is in a quiet location with beautiful gardens. We had a beautiful spacious room that was well appointed. All the staff we came across were lovely.

Perfect for an overnight to catch a flight early morning.

2 good nights sleep. Good size room. King sixe bed and matress zzzzzz. Both meals and breakfasts were great. The staff are very pleasant and polite. They actually look like they enjoy working there. This could be because it is an NHS run hospital so less stressful on the staff. The views are of the River Clyde. Both days we watched the last ocean going steam paddle ship sail past it is the best sight and sound.

Our stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was superb. The hotel is located a short distance from the town. I would certainly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Dunoon who are looking for a good hotel at a reasonable price.

A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.
