"Excellent hotel, central to the town seafront."

"This apartment is by far the best we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot over the years and around the world… The apartment is very clean and tidy and very up to date, it has everything you need for a holiday. All the furniture and furnishings are new, clean, comfortable and very modern. The views..Wow..sitting on the balcony overlooking the Marina is pure heaven, it is beautiful and quiet. The location is top class, just minutes from cafes, restaurants, shops, in fact everything you would need. The garage is a tight squeeze and as recommended a small car is essential, although there are places to park within minutes of the apartment. The excellent beach is only minutes away by foot, and what a beautiful beach it is, very clean and quiet. Paula, the property manager/host is brilliant, she is extremely helpful, friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable about Moraira, any problems or questions, she is only a WhatsApp call away, and Paula responds really quickly. All in all we had an excellent relaxing holiday and loved it so much that we have already booked for three weeks next year…can’t wait."

"Positives: Great area View Nice Outdoor area Pool. Negatives: No pack containing information. Contacts etc: Poor welcome from property host. Late arriving. Sped round the villa whilst smoking a cigarette and told us all the things we could not do. Told if we broke the patio door it would cost 500 euros to repair. Shared toilet in main villa did not flush Numerous plug sockets did not work. a/c controller for one bedroom not working. Both rooms had to share. 1 electronic fob for main gates did not work. Inadvertently left both sets of keys for the lower apartment in in the apartment on first day. Texted twice for help and then phoned. No answer. Messaged owner. Phoned again. Host finally turned up and said he did not have a spare set of keys and he would have to get a locksmith. I said that I did not believe that he did not have a master or pass key. He left and said he would call to say what was happening. No call. Finally came with a key around 21:30. Said he had to drive to Valencia for keys. When he arrived for check out he said he would check the property. No feedback or opportunity to discuss or highlight problems. He left the property without speaking to us again. Our overall impression was one of disappointment."

"The apartment is very tired and needs refurbishing, the air-conditioning unit is full of debris. Not serviced from new and therefore, not very effective, when we arrived, there were five lightbulbs not working. The oven and washing machine both caused the electric to strip off, the dining table and only two chairs need replacing, the drawer units below the TV need replacing, owing to the fact that the drawers do not operate The shaving light in the shower room does not work. Also, the water is very slow to drain from the shower tray. On the balcony, there is lots of broken beach chairs and three broken sunshades. The bedding is of very poor quality as are the towels., The crockery is a mishmash, and we found it to be dirty, had to thoroughly clean before use"
