Property great no issues. Good for two. Bit tight for any more. . But no kettle supplied or offered. Main issue is the managing company send out s series of msils on different dates asking for various bits of info, which i think should all be sent at once, as the last mail they sent, on yrsvel day, (so missed it) had details like where to pick up keys etc and that its not called hotel esplendor but some private block called albertros ? Keys were located some 15 miles away. Yes miles. Without a car n google maps would be stuffed. Snd yes you have to take keys back. The help line team were very good in helping me out, but slll the greif could be avoided with a better managemrnt and comms set up and a more honest advert when booking.
