Luxurious and spacious apartment located in the well-known urbanization Club Moraira, residential complex with beautiful and large gardens and large private pool just 200 meters from the center of the town of Moraira and about 400 meters from the beach. It has a garage and elevator to all floors. The apartment, of approx. 100m2, they have a spacious living room with flat screen TV with digital Spanish TV and satellite channels in English and other languages, and DVD. Large doors open to the terrace (about 15m2), overlooking the gardens and furnished with table and chairs to eat and a small BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. In the laundry room are the washing machine. It has two bedrooms - the main one with a double bed, a bathroom with an en-suite bathtub and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds and a bathroom with a large shower. There is air conditioning system throughout the apartment, use of which is included in the rental price. This modern apartment is an ideal option for couples and families with young and old children for a quiet holiday in a beautiful setting, within walking distance of the beach and shops.

#### So relaxing!
The apartment was just as we’d hoped, very well equipped for our needs and in a lovely location. It’s a short stroll into Moraira town and less to the nearest supermarket and restaurant. Ray met us very promptly and was so helpful and friendly with the check-in process - he even left us some welcome goodies, thank you! Thanks also to Saida for her quick response to our booking and an initial query 🙂. One very small suggestion would be some bedside lamps in the master bedroom - it would make late night reading less anti-social for my husband lol.
