### Villa 'Aloha Amor' with Sea View, WiFi and Air Conditioning
Located in Moraira, the villa "Aloha Amor" offers guests fantastic views of the golden valley and the Mediterranean Sea. This lovely family villa is within walking distance of the beach and village center, featuring a very spacious private outdoor area, a large private swimming pool, and a completely renovated indoor space.
The villa has two floors. The upper level consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The lower level includes a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, one bedroom, one bathroom, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also available on the terraces), two smart TVs with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a selection of toys. Guests can also enjoy a trampoline, table tennis table, and dartboard on the premises.
The outdoor area features a large swimming pool (5x10 meters), a garden, several terraces, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower. The pool is cleaned twice a week. The villa is conveniently located close to the attractive sandy beach (Platja de l'Ampolla in Moraira), with events, dining venues, and public transport links within a short walking distance. Moraira and the surrounding area offer a wide range of activities, beautiful beaches, bays, and viewpoints. Additional tourist information can be found on site or at the Tourist Info Store in Moraira.
Three parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior. Bed linen and towels, including a beach or pool towel per person, are provided. This villa is managed by property services.

#### Fabulous, we had a great time at the villa.
Pros: The pool was great-there was a part in shade and sunshine all day, which was great when it got a bit too hot. The villa is about a 20 minute walk from Moriara, which we enjoyed. There was plenty of space inside and outside of the villa for us to use. Air con in all rooms in the main villa was brilliant. The added bonus of the studio was fab. This was cool enough with just the fan. Cons: There were a couple of lights out in the kitchen and (in our opinion) could do with more outside lights - this did not take away from out enjoyment, just made it difficult to play cards at night!

We stayed at Villa Aloha Amor for 2 weeks as two families of four from the UK and had an absolutely wonderful holiday. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and really well equipped - perfect for families sharing. The pool and outdoor areas were a highlight, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.The location is excellent: tucked away enough to feel private, yet just a short walk to Moraira with its lovely beaches, restaurants, and shops. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we felt very well looked after.We’d happily recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fantastic base in Moraira, and we’d love to return in the future.
