Reception staff (Malka) and Porter were very welcoming on arrival and others were very attentive throughout our 2 day stay. A lovely birthday card and decorated chocolate brownie for my partner’s 70th was delivered to our room which we enjoyed very much and a nice surprise. The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, and a special mention for Esperanza and Julia for cleaning our room 401 to a high standard. The hotel’s location and Roof Top bar were great and we will definitely visit Alicante again and stay in this wonderful hotel.

A well presented hotel in a perfect location. Staff were friendly . Rooms were clean and spacious. Subtle touches such as toiletries and water in the room. The Rooftop bar adds a little extra and such a great, relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very attentive. Our second stay at the hotel and would stay again.

The hotel location was great being near the beach, but also near the eatery streets and old town. Service was great on arrival, providing a hot drink and finding a room which was immediately available. This was greatly appreciated as we were tired from the journey. Room was kept clean and tidy and the roof bar great.

Great room on the top floor. Roof top bar was good but couldn’t see the sunset as we hoped. Location amazing and able to leave bags before check in and after check out. Breakfast was plentiful and hot even towards the end of service.

Room was spotless and staff friendly. Nice comfortable room, however the water leaked out the shower onto the bathroom floor. Comfortable bed, loved the coffee machine. Hotel is in a great location. Rooftop bar and staff excellent. Abit usure about the 5☆, no spa or pool.
