### Pedro - two story holiday home villa in El Portet
Villa Pedro is situated in a quiet street by El Portet in Moraira resort, within walking distance to the famous cove of El Portet and a few minutes walk to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, near El Portet sandy beach. Moraira centre is only 2 km away. The villa offers enclosed sun patios surrounding the private pool and is completed with full patio furniture, sun lounges and a barbecue, perfect for a fresco meal.
This villa is a two-storey holiday home with two separate apartments. From the parking place, entrance into the lower level with a twin bedroom with A/C and a bedroom with a double bed, sharing a shower room. Steps lead up to the main villa, entrance to a large living area with a sitting area and dining table, SAT+TV+DVD player, A/C unit and sea view through the pine trees.
From here we have access to the kitchen that leads to the spacious pool terrace and BBQ area with plenty of shadow for the hot summers and also very sunny for the cooler days. The living area leads to two double bedrooms with twin beds and a third bedroom with a double bed, all 3 with A/C units, sharing a shower room. Utility room for the washing machine.

#### Super locatie en prachtig stadje
We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. Het huis was bij aankomst niet schoon. Vooral de twee slaapkamers beneden niet. Meteen contact gehad met de organisatie en boden hun excuses aan. Voor de rest een prima verblijf.
