Calpe Beach is a beautiful brand new apartment overlooking the sea. Located in the center of the city
and just 150 meters from Arenal Beach.
Everything is there to fully enjoy the sun, the light and the sea. From the spacious terrace to the luxurious common areas. The building has, among other things, a children's pool and a refreshing Infinity swimming pool optimally oriented. In addition, there is a roof terrace full of surprises, a paradise with a beautiful sea view and a large Jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy.
An underground garage is also available.
The beach of Calpe meets everyone's needs: families, couples, friends, singles who want to enjoy the summer. But you can also go all year round to enjoy all the amenities with vibrant environments 320 days of sunshine a year.
A few meters away you will find many restaurants next to the fine golden sandy beaches of El Arenal, including the café of Hotel SolyMar.
