"Very nice staff, and good breakfast. A/c stopped working at 2 in the morning with 95° temperatures, and room was in need of repairs (deadbolt wouldn't work, shower drained slowly)."

"What a superb location! Literally seconds from Cathedral Square & the Leaning Tower of Pisa! Especially ideal if it’s really hot - can retreat back to your air conditioned room for a break away from the crowds for a bit. Friendly and helpful staff. Car parking is easy to find. Would recommend! "
"We stayed for one night and would definitely stay again. The room was spacious and my daughters loved having their own beds versus sharing a sofa bed. Room was very clean and a/c worked well. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The area was quiet but only a few minutes walk to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The tower was an easy 15 minute walk. Staff were helpful and shuttle to airport was quickly arranged. It is easy to walk to the station to go to/from the airport but it was pouring so nice to have the shuttle option. "
"Old classic hotel by the river, great location with easy walk to the Dome and Tower and just 13 min walk from the train station. The hotel is old style but in very good shape, I got a room with river view and it was well worth it. Loved Pisa, underrated stop in la Toscana. Staff makes a great aperitif and there is a very nice terrace to enjoy a sit down. Would stay again."
