Vi kom til Viareggio i august for å bade og slappe av. Bassenget var stengt uten at vi hadde fått informasjon om dette, og balkong / uteplass hadde heller ingen møbler. Renhold var av variert grad, laken hadde flekker og dusjhode såg skittent ut. Renhold var også utelatt en dag. Sengen var veldig hard, og putene hadde dårlig komfort. Vi ble veldig skuffet over total inntrykket av hotellet og synes det er rartbat dette er et 4 stjerner hotell.

Esperienza pessima. Per la seconda volta ho trovato condizioni igieniche inaccettabili. In modo particolare nel mio ultimo soggiorno ho trovato il bagno in condizioni pietose, peli in tutti i sanitari e nella doccia. Il bidè palesemente non pulito

Piccoli guai, ma buona struttura

La struttura, pur se non nuovissima, è moderna e accattivante. La manutenzione però deve essere più curata, la finestra sul terrazzo della mia camera ad esempio non si apriva, le pile del telecomando TV erano scariche e mancava una lampada da comodino. Ciò detto il personale è molto gentile e la colazione abbondante e variegata. Vicino alla spiaggia e ai servizi è senz'altro consigliabile. Prezzo molto onesto.

Hotel che frequentavo tempo fa e sempre perfetto. Oggi lo trovo un po' stanco nel complesso generale. Necessita di un piccolo restyling delle camere e un po' più di attenzione e cura nel rifacimento delle camere. Ma il personale è super gentile e attento a esigenze e problematiche dei clienti, fanno si che l'estetica venga messa in secondo piano. Complimenti a Frank per la disponibilità
