"The room and property are absolutely stunning. Very clean with onsite staff maintaining property constantly. The atmosphere itself is very relaxing and beautiful to look at. The colors, the vibe, the pool surrounded by palm trees, everything, VERY MIAMI. Just steps away from the beach, park, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, bank, laundromat, convinience store, soooo many restaurants (I recommend Burgers & Shakes), public transit and the free trolley. Everything walking distance for a mother with her children. The room was amazing in terms of comfortability and functionality. My babies and I loved the beds. With that being said I was travelling with two small children and I could tell that we were unusual guests to this property. Though many of the staff were friendly and left us feeling very invited, there were many that were not. They are very strict on their late checkout policy (12pm being the latest) still I believed this to be reasonable. What I did not find reasonable, understanding and honestly just lacking compassion was their absolute disregard to treat my children and myself as humans after our checkout. I asked if it was possible to leave our bags there for a few hours after checkout as our flight was not until 8 pm, and the answer was a harsh NO. I proceeded to gather my 4 suitcases, 6 bags, stroller with my son in it, my walking two year old daughter and move ourselves to the road. "elevators are terrible. put a strain on our vacation having to wait 20 min each time or take 20 flights of stairs. must be fixed. likely why we won't go back. "

"Pool very clean and spacious. Only one elevator working so you have to be patient or use the stairs. Room was ok, nothing exceptional. TV barely any decent channels. Didn’t like the fact they charge fee of $34.00 per day for a supposedly breakfast which wasn’t the best! Good breakfast was another fee! Would not spend 1 entire week here! Only up to 2 days! Good luck!"
