⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant one-night stay in Miami. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and provided a great overall experience. Everything was convenient, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The only area I feel could be improved is the breakfast. It would be great to see a broader selection of protein options to provide more variety, especially for guests looking for a more substantial breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning on my next visit to Miami.

We stay four days three nights in this hotel. Close to airport, pick up and transport to airport very convenient. Breakfast included is very fresh and multiple choices to have. We really appreciate that even my flight is 8pm, I was check out at 11 AM but they still hold my luggage for us to go out shopping until we come back to pick up. We really like it. Thanks you very much.

Large room but poorly designed ( bathroom between bedroom and living area. Good tv(2) and lots of stations. Major complaint is only shuttle service hourly. Airport shuttle should be a minimum of every 30 minutes. Hotel fairly isolated. Some restaurants but a pretty good hike away. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was fair but plentiful and kitchen staff did good job. Close to airport so uber reasonable ( essential with hourly shuttle

This is such a great value choice of lodging that is within reasonable distance to all the hottest spots in the city! There are options for a waterfront view of the lagoon, which was super lovely to wake up to and just catch sight of as you spend time in your room in general! Suites are well-equipped with amenities (with *the* best-smelling shampoos and soaps from Crabtree & Evelyn) and clean. We had a small complaint during our stay, which was promptly addressed by the sweet maintenance gentleman (regrettably, I did not get his name!) and management. We want to shout out Nour at the front desk for providing such excellent service, as well as another young man working the night shift (I am very sorry for not knowing his name, as well) who went out of his way to fulfill our requests for additional sheets and trash bags for our room. Highly recommend!

Dirty sheets on bed. After pulling back covers there were several long and short hair strands on the sheet. The bottom of the sheets had dirt crumbs. However, they were willing to change the sheets immediately after I complained. Room was clean for the most part. Front desk staff was useless. They offered no support to reservation issues.
