Tried to change my dates due to hurricane damage in my area. And hotel management refused to move my stay dates and Cost me over 4000 in cost.

Great beacj access

Front desk staff was very helpful, room was nice. There was no recycling in the room though which was disappointing.

Everything about the hotel and the stay was great. Louisa was a pleasure to deal with but Michael from the front office was terrible.
