"Staff was not on their game. It’s okay, I’m patient. But it’s not a good look. Cabanas are ruuuussstic. Holes above doorways and not as well kept as we’d expect… and we didn’t expect much. Restaurant staff smiled a lot but did not do a lot; service is slow. Beach staff, rude. That’s all."

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aeria Hotel from the early check-in, elevator, clean, beautiful, spacious, air conditioned room with WiFi and terrace to the amazing views and wonderful staff like Samuel at reception. We also appreciated having The Portside restaurant by the rooftop pool and enjoyed a delicious meal there. The bartender and server were very friendly enhancing our experience. Thank you so much!"
