"The place is very nice and comfortable with a huge balcony with wonderful unobstructed view of the ocean, wonderful birds, palm trees. Fantastic pool, everything is well maintained, and every need was well handled.Be aware that it's a pretty long walk up to the penthouse on a winding staircase. Good exercise at least. It is not true that you can walk to town on the beach; it is blocked by a large commercial pier. We learned to call Ubers on whatsapp to get to and from town. Maybe check to see the state of the Sargasso infusion on the beaches. It was impossible to use the beach and walk in and out of the water. WE loved being there anyway. Puerto Morelos is a wonderful place and the apartment was great. We would definitely return."

"This condo has a fantastic location, you can walk to everything - beach, groceries, restaurants, everything you need is within walking distance. The rooftop pool was a hit with our crew, it’s all just like the pictures. The host was great to deal with as well, always attentive if you have questions. "

"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"Perfect location, perfect place for 2 adults looking to relax, and perfect host! We started our vacation at a different location in the Cancun area and wish we had booked this place for the entire week! To top it off our host helped us book a massage with Mariel. She came to the cottage and set up outside. AMAZING!! Having a massage with the sounds of the ocean was the perfect ending to our vacation. Thank you Almi! We will be back!!"
