The location in Seixal is pretty great, because it is walking distance to the public beach and natural swimming pools. It is close to the water which means, you don't have to endure much elevation change when walking around. However, because of its proximity to the water, parking can be challenging at any other time than late...

"Loved this spot, the room was clean, I was in a room with doors opening to the shared balcony which was both great and too bad as that was the social area. A few guys were out there past quiet hours meaning there were right outside the window. Although during the day it was lovely to be connected to the balcony. They will do your laundry on proper for a very reasonable price and the parking was great, right outside the guest house. They’ve set the kitchen up wonderfully so that many people can use it at once. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it!"

Breakfast was good Don't go to the Mediterranean Japanese restaurant for food (i didn't have the burger which was recommended by the front desk) but we ordered 5 things and they were gross and I'm not that picky.
