The Three House Hotel is a glow up to a Madeira experience. As a destination the importance of the cruise community, the frequent visitors and the role Funchal has played in retirement plans, it has not been a forefront plan for me or most of my pal.. The hotel, the offer and the location to the action changed everything on whats is on offer in this wonderful place. This design forward spot is home to a set of wonderful aparthotel suites that allow a resident neighbourhood feel to the...

This place was incredible! Room was amazing - so spacious and comfy. Loved the bath robes! We used all 3 of the hotel’s spas with roof top hot tubs, swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

The rooms were super clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The casino was really nice Breakfast was excellent

Great hotel, good location, only a 20 minute walk to town, if your not that mobile the town bus and tourist hop on/off bus stop at the bottom of the road. Great local restaurants covering a wide range of options from local through Italian and even a curry!. Hotel was very well maintained, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Of all the places we have stayed (and that's a lot) this was one of the best buffet breakfasts around, they will even cook some things to order. Room was well...

The hotel was in good position for the town, restaurants and transport. The room was very clean and breakfast was good. Staff were always very helpful. However our room was dark, with only one window facing a narrow street. Other than That, we had a lovely stay.

Ideally situated near the town and lido. Had a handy kitchen area with some detergent and new cloths provided.there was a balcony with a table and chairs. Room’s cleaned daily. Reception available up to midnight. Safe available in the room but only found out it was chargeable (2 euro’s a day) on arrival as not stated in property description.

The rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed. Some lovely welcoming surprises, flowers, fruit, wine and chocolates. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel situated opposite a large shopping centre.

The hotel is in a good location near to the Lido complex and on the regular bus route into Funchal. Spotlessly clean in the room, lobby and the pool area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The best 3* hotel I've stayed at. Friendly and professional staff and in a great location.

Just back from a week at the Imperatriz (7th to 14th November) and overall found it excellent. It ticked all the boxes as regards what I wanted which was somewhere clean, comfortable, facility to make breakfast in the room, in a good location, public transit access (bus stops) nearby and reasonably priced. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Bedding is basic; however, I found it comfortable and more than adequate. There’s a ‘mini kitchen’ in a cupboard consisting of a sink,...

The view was spot on. Breakfast wasn’t worth it.

the best stay we could have. wifi however is only limited in guest lobby and pool area. i would definitely recommend this place

Clean room. Friendly approachable staff. Lovely breakfast options.
