Residences in Northern Ireland

This place is perfect in every way. Comfortable ,clean, friendly the lady who hosted us was called Lorraine what a lady she couldn’t do enough for us even offered to take us out for food and back I would highly recommend this place to any one 5 star plus and very reasonably priced. Thank u Lorraine if only every host was like u 👌👌👌

Very comfortable and high end room. Amazing breakfast. Hosts couldn't do enough for you. I'll be back again.

Great property, great location woukd recommend

Very welcoming on arrival, very clean and well presented. Treated well and choice of breakfast was second to nione.

Staf were lovely very friendly, breakfast good choice. Lots of places to eat nearby, train station just round the corner. If you like live music the Empire 5 minutes away has music every night

Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful! The place smelt amazing at all times and our room was so clean and well serviced

Wonderful from start to finish. The staff couldn't do enough to help and the food was amazing. Cant wait to go back

Hotel with character Food variable

A friendly comfortable upmarket hotel with a very reasonable room rate. The Bar even stocks local Craft bottled beers from FARMAGGEDON, just 8 miles up the road.

Stayed during a particularly cold spell and me Hotel was lovely and warm ànd clean coming in from the cold. Restaurant and bar area kept meticulously clean and staff couldn't do enough for ourselves. Lovely open fire added to ambience. Rooms very clean well kept although our room was to the back of the hotel so missed the sea view from rooms to the front. One of the few hotels we have stayed at to cook breakfast to order. Not a buffet breakfast and was worth waiting for cooked meal....

I have visited this hotel on more than a dozen occasions for lunch , and was thus aware of the high quality of the food served there and the friendly and efficient staff . It therefore came as no surprise that dinner was of an extremely high standard and that there were plenty of obliging and solicitous staff on what was a very busy Saturday evening . The bedroom was well appointed and comfortable , and there was no noise either internally or from outside . I would have no hesitation in...

Very comfortable hotel, although with our large rooms having a sea view we also realised we very looking out onto the coast road which was very busy. We had dinner at the hotel which was very pleasant, but possibly with it being a Sunday evening a few things were unavailable on the dessert menu.

Spacious ,clean .Relaxed style of accomodation and location. No fancy or long check in and check out procedures .Simplicity at its best with the style to match

The staff at the Shipquay are excellent made everyone very welcome .I would rate the restaurant as one of the best I've been to and breakfast one of the best I've ever had, will be back

Beautiful new hotel the smell of paint still noticeable its that new. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Best hotel bed I've slept in and amazing room. Highly recommend

Really nice hotel with great location

Perfectly located with very helpful staff. Would 100 percent stay again.

Great time at the merchant. The staff were so helpful, the rooftop hot tub had fantastic views and the beds really comfy.

Great hotel, great staff, great location. Only let down is the parking. Value parkings definition of 24hrs is "after midnight". So I you park at 11pm and pick your car up at 8am the next day.... boom....£17 with hotel discount. If The Flint negotiated a better deal for drivers using the car park, this hotel would beat all others. It's an amazing place to stay and feels like a home from home.
