10/10 Excellent
"Staff were fantastic. The hotel is being refurbished bit by bit. Corridors were pretty grim, but had a refurbished bathroom, good beds and quality bedding and towels. The hotel was very clean, and great views of the sea Would stay again."

10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely — I’ve polished the review while keeping your original points and balanced, honest tone. 👍 My stay at the hotel was for business purposes, and I had a double room on the second floor. On one occasion, I had to ask the receptionist if I could dispose of some rubbish in her bin. I had breakfast and an evening meal each day and could not fault the food. The restaurant staff were lovely, friendly and seemed to have time for everyone. I also noticed them taking particular care to assist guests who had mobility difficulties, which was very nice to see. My only concern during my stay was one afternoon when I was seated in the foyer. I saw four youths come down the stairs and begin trying to open doors. It was apparent that they were not there for any legitimate reason. As I kept an eye on them, they soon left the building. Unfortunately, there were no security staff nearby at the time, and the receptionists were busy assisting guests who we"
