Costa Hollywood Beach Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful property, really enjoyed the rooftop pool and hot tub area and the staff was amazing as well! Just as a side note for other future customers, the water front view is of the lagoon and not the beach. (We had assumed that our balcony would face the beach area) Also the loungers are complimentary on the beach but the umbrellas are an additional $20 which was not stated on their listing. (Appears to be run by a third party company) When we went to the beach we asked the attendant for an umbrella and said that we would pay the extra $20. He did not seem too keen and never did come back with our umbrella so we did not end up staying at the beach very long which was a bit disappointing as this is partly why we booked this property."

"The location was spectacular! You essentially don't need to leave, with 3 restaurants, 2 pools, one roof top and rooftop sun lounging! I enjoyed an Ocean view to top things off. The room was lovely, even though, small, it was comfortable.The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Plus it is a beutiful art deco building! The area is very walkable."

"I was not very comfortable with this room the bed was uncomfortable. You had to continue walking up flights of steps because the elevator was broken. Do not stay on the trip if you want peace and quiet the staff that work at the restaurant below was very rude but the young lady who checked us in was very pleasant. "

"I’ll start with negative feedback first. They gave us a room on the 4th floor; elevator was not working from 3rd to the 4th floor. At the 4:00 am, there was loud banging and dragging noise on top of our room; happened again at 8ish morning. Shower temperature was way too low. They cleaned our room but forgot to leave towels back in the room. Breakfast very simple. Positive feedback: great neighborhood; walking distance to the beach and restaurants; clean rooms; nice staffs. "
