"The room is clean, the staffs cleaned my room everyday. Amenities is poor. Even I asked for a cup of hot water they said they didn’t have. First day I checked in, I couldn’t open the safer, I asked for the service, the staff came and removed it but didn’t supply another one. I reminded to receptionists twice. Everyone had different excuses!"

There wasn’t even a window in the room. It was significantly misrepresented online. It was only for one full day, and two nights, any longer and we would have had to search elsewhere. The location is the only selling feature"
