"The room was lovely,but the hotel staff wasn’t very knowledgeable during check in . Also they didn’t let us know that the elevator wasn’t working previous to booking that was a major inconvenience since my mom is disabled. Good for two nights sleep though"

"For the price this hotel is great. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. It was located in a passageway between two buildings of the hotel but it was wide enough that we got sun during the day and far enough from the street to be quiet at night. The balcony was a great place to spend a little time in the afternoon. The included breakfast was fine and the bar in the evening was a nice place to have a glass of wine and watch the foot traffic. Lots of good restaurants nearby."

"Stayed in Penthouse. Elevator got stuck with us in it. Door would not open. Also every time the elevator moved or was used it would make a horribly loud sound and shake our entire penthouse. We had to buy a box floor fan to try and mask the extremely loud elevator sound. The elevator sound was so loud that we had to sleep on the couch downstairs in the penthouse. Will not stay again if not fixed. Also, the water pressure was very very low and made it hard to shower. Other than that the Hotel was perfect. If the elevator gets resolved we will gladly recommend and stay again. "
