"Everything was great except during check out when the front desk insisted we did valet parking. He walked around asking workers and it was shocking that no one knew what was going on. He also didn’t want to answer any of my questions and just ignored it like he didn’t hear me. Anyway, he didn’t seem like he liked his job nor had any customer service training. It’s too bad because the hotel was great but he left a bad lasting impression. Not the way to end an amazing trip. To HR: you need to coach this individual or give him a back role where he doesn’t interact with clients. "

"Great location! Beautiful and affordable. Private beach is beautiful and supply you with Umbrellas and chairs. The rooftop breakfast is a delightful and delicious experience. The pool is gorgeous looking out onto the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Kalypso Beach restaurant is amazing. Poolside and beach cocktails served as well as food. Very clean hotel with very comfortable beds. I will be back soon! "

"We keep coming back to the Monte Carlo because the rooms are apartments with everything needed, the beach and location are fantastic with great nearby restaurants, Publix, Walgreens and souvenir shops. It’s family oriented with 2 great pools, lounge, pool table, gym and free beach chairs/umbrella. I could go on & will definitely be back. "
