Abbie on reception took it upon herself to sort out the error and advised us to relax in the bar while she sorted it out. "Very quirky pub with a fantastic horse theme. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. They had thought of everything in the rooms and also had Dolce Gusto coffee. Then curly wurly was a great idea instead of biscuits in the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault the service we received at the bar or in the restaurant and the food was amazing. "
