Staff pleasant a couple stood out more than some .
Misinformed first night about me being able to eat in the restuarant .
Breakfast was very nice as was evening meal however as tasty as the starter was £22 was steep for what it was comparing to other 4 or 5 star hotels .
I would come back its minutes from my work so a good place to chill before hand"

I took my daughter as a surprise for her 30th birthday to the Sunborn Yacht.
We received a friendly welcome in the stunning reception area, and they stored our luggage until check-in time, whilst we had lovely afternoon tea I'd booked prior to arrival. It was £40, but included a cocktail, unlimited tea and coffee, and delicious fresh sandwiches, scones and patisserie.

We had a great time staying at this Four Seasons hotel in Canary Wharf.
The rooms are lovely, well equipped and very comfortable.
The bedding itself is worth a mention, as it really is of great quality.
The staff are friendly - though almost over attentive at check in. Check out was however nice and quick - though perhaps they could think about offering to call a cab?
The door staff also made the hotel more special, the initial welcome was really really good. Better than most hotels...

Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor 12 next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

I stayed 3 night ( Sun-Wed ) In Warehouse K was nice and quite a bit cold one night but there was a electric radiator in the room so that solved the problem.
Very friendly reception staff specially Olena who checked me in and checked me out , also stored my luggage after the check out as I needed a bit more time to see the Tower Bridge.
The area is also perfect you have busses that i recommend rather then going underground , for the views , and 10 min walk to centre, I recommend you take it...

Amazing location for Old Compton street, theatres and China town all within 5/10 min walk and Piccadilly Circus underground a few mins away.

We were put in the smallest and most claustrophobic room I have ever stayed in which was very disappointing. It had dark wood panelling and slopped walls and was overall very dark and dreary. Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.
