Enjoy this cosy 2 bedroom flat, an ideal place to stay for anyone working away or anyone wanting to be close to the coast. This property is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with ample on street parking. It has its own private garden with outdoor seating and BBQ and has been styled throughout. It really does have it all: space, style, and location!

The property is a ground floor maisonette flat with its own private garden and on street parking. Consisting of a large living room and two well-sized bedrooms. A bathroom with P shape bath and overhead shower and a small kitchen with a washing machine, fridge and freezer.

Located 5 minutes from Seaton Sluice beach and harbour, this property is well connected to the surrounding towns of Whitley Bay and Blyth. This house is the ideal place to stay for work or trips to the Northumberland coast. Tucked away next to Holywell Dene, the area is quiet and offers lots of opportunities for walking and cycling. If travelling by car, then the street is quiet and there is lots of space to park to the rear of the property.
