We had a fantastic stay at The Grove Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully presented and the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The spa was excellent and a perfect place to relax, while the swimming pool was fantastic and a real highlight of our stay. We also loved the Turkish restaurant, which served delicious food in a great atmosphere. The whole hotel has a wonderful feel to it, combining luxury, comfort and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend The Grove Hotel for a relaxing getaway.
The room was amazing in size and great that they can set it up for a family with young kids. I will say the roll out cot bed was deeply uncomfortable though! For the money you pay I would hope guests could use the beds by the kids swimming pool without having to pay extra. The food at this pool was also pretty bad. But elsewhere, such as the breakfast, was really good.
Really enjoyed the stay. Staff were great, room was very comfortable, food and service was wonderful. The only negative was that the water in the pool / jacuzzi was quite cold

Staff were fantastic and my dad was given a wonderful welcome. The rooms and cleanliness and hospitality and warmth was outstanding. Thank you Magdelena and all the staff for making our stay so special. Thank you also to Daisy for organising the rooms to accommodate us as a group. My dad had a wonderful time. Breakfast was delicious
Great service, very nice grounds. A bit big and far from other things, but the rooms are very comfortable and it's perfect for a short staycation away from London
Absolutely beautiful hotel, surroundings, food drinks all perfect and the staff were all so lovely and extremely helpful. We really couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay and we will be back.
Beautiful place, conveniently located. We had a celebration and we were made to feel very special. Only one very disappointing experience at the Spa marred our stay. Hotel offered a free treatment but as we were leaving the next day it was of no use to us. They should have offered refund. All in all it was fun. Loved the lounge, the food at Madhu’s.
Can’t think of anything negative to write, very hospitable and excellent customer service throughout our stay ,

Lovely hotel location, excellent staff, food was unreal everything about our stay was amazing. The rooms were a bit dated other than everything was great
What an absolutely lovely place to stay . Food so tasty , room just idyllic (recommend junior suite) staff so attentive and happy . Stay made better with festivities for Xmas .
We stayed at The Grove in December 2025 with our toddler and had a wonderful experience. The hotel felt magical at Christmas, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed.
The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning even in winter, perfect for walks.
A truly luxurious but family-friendly hotel. We felt very well looked after and would absolutely return.
Great stay with family for fathers day. We ate at all of the restaurants, all were super, but the breakfast really must be the best I have ever had in the UK. Grounds and activities were all great too.
