"There were no one to help on any of the counters. The lobby was huge with only 2 ppl were present & they were not at all willing to work. Rude & arrogant, we had to figure out everything ourselves. Train your staffs some etiquettes or change them. "

"We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. The bed is really comfortable, tv cable is great, and I like the bathroom. The self check-in/out sign should be more visible because we didn’t see it and there was a long line to check-in at the front desk. "

"We had no hot water. I called the front desk (which ended up being someone in another country) and they told me to run it longer, even though I had already taken an entire shower and the hot water never came. My daughter took a shower right after, and it still never came. they said they'd send someone immediately and that took 45 minutes. this was at 12:30 am. The next day, still no hot water even though we took a shower earlier in the night hoping that would help. No one bothered to follow up with us to see if we ever got the hot water. This is unacceptable."

"Overall was fine. Pool was closed - shared pools nearby were packed. Easy convenient access to Cesars Forum where my event was. "

"The decor was very beautiful along with the fountain performances. Our fountain view room made the whole experience much more memorable while the staff were always courteous and friendly. However, because it is a casino, the smell of cigarette smoke was always in the air even stepping outside the room into the guest hallways. The smell flared up my allergies even more and made my experience physically unpleasant."
