"Upon arrival we had to walk through water to get feom the parking garage to the hotel for check-in. Our room had sunflower seeds shells and bottle caps still on the floor. We had to make two different requests to get the room cleaned. Our room was not cleaned for the rest of the stay. One staff from housekeeping who was cleaning the room next our room in the late afternoon said the tag was on the door until the end of our housekeepers staff which was not true.
