"The pool was shut down. The gym was clear across the casino in the adjacent tower. In which I had no access from my tower without walking through the casino floor. The phone concierge harassed me about checking out when I exclaimed that I had paid a higher rate for an additional night. The texts they sent wouldn’t let up. I had to text STOP several times. I have to go to the front desk several times for the condition of my room. I was missing a waste basket, the sweet didn’t come with a microwave (I paid extra for the sweet and I couldn’t warm up my Goradelli’s pizza), lastly there was a condom wrapper left behind the couch. Wi-Fi signal was weak, the cleaning staff was nice. Hot tub was also broken along with the pool being closed. This is how I spent my 49th birthday. "
