Bellagio

Bellagio

8/10 Good
"Bellagio is a beautiful, luxe resort and EVERTHING is A-1. The staff is also second to none. The strip location is the best. No complaints with the property at all. However, our check-in/out experience was not good. Long lines, so we checked-in on their mobile app about noon and were told they would text with keys. At 5p we still had no keys, so we stood in the long lines. Agent finally told us their system had gone down and erased our online info. When leaving, 3 days later, we tried to check out using the express TV program. Went through all the steps and at the end were told it wasn’t working at that time. Stood in the line again at 4a and they could’t print out our invoice due to their system being down. They emailed it later that day. Such a great hotel to have these kind of issues. Really a bad beginning and end. Everything in the middle was superb. Can’t give the score they deserve with these issues. Hope they get it fixed."

"Luxor was very nice. We did not have time to check out the pool so we can’t comment on that. Keep in mind there is no mini fridge provided in the rooms and no mini coffee maker."
