Excalibur Hotel & Casino

Excalibur Hotel & Casino

8/10 Good
"Our room could use some TLC. The cold water Spicket was hard to turn. And it looked like there is some touchup paint that didn’t dry and so the door showed areas of peeling paint in the door sticking. We enjoyed the pool. It was nice to just leisurely wade in the pool. The air conditioning unit worked well not too loud and noisy. The line was long and so we used the kiosk to check in.. It was a little confusing and didn’t respond well. Needed help, there was someone there to help us. it was a new experience getting our own room keys. But they did work no malfunctions."

8/10 Good
"We found a used facecloth in our room on the shower. And there was no compensation for this. We asked for extra toilet paper on our late checkout and never did receive any. They forgot to let the staff know we had a late checkout. We had two different people knock on our door and had to still call the front desk and wait in queue to talk to someone to let them know. Self check in was a nice option and quick to beat the line."
