Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino

Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino

8/10 Good
"The best location of any hotel on the Strip. Rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. However, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or stocked up bar/snacks. Given location, everything is available nearby, though at a price in excess of norms. Overall, a great hotel if you are not expecting little extra touches."

"We found a used facecloth in our room on the shower. And there was no compensation for this. We asked for extra toilet paper on our late checkout and never did receive any. They forgot to let the staff know we had a late checkout. We had two different people knock on our door and had to still call the front desk and wait in queue to talk to someone to let them know. Self check in was a nice option and quick to beat the line."
