"Internet was only for limited to 1 device per person (I have cell phone, 2 laptops, and tablet) and they LOCKED access to the particular device that was registered (so I couldn't just turn off 1st device and connect 2nd device). This alone will make me reconsider staying here. This is definitely not business friendly. They should allow any number of devices based on name and room info. I as doing business while enjoying the casinos and restaurant and this certainly spoiled the business part."

"Everything about this trip to Vegas was phenomenal. Upon arriving to the resort, we were greeted in the lobby with a fresh face ready to go above and beyond in getting us all checked in. Her name was Natalia and she made sure we had the best room with a great view. She shared small talk and really served in a way that has been lost since we all experienced Covid. After making outlr way to our room and getting settled in we toured the resort and found that the pool area was going to become our favorite part of this travel. We enjoyed 3 nights at this resort. We took in 3 great experiences ranging from KA, to the Friends Experience, and closing out with the Brad Garrett Comedy. Walking to the strip was a breeze. Shopping was fabulous. And relaxation was above and beyond. The lazy river was our favorite part, but looking back the experience started at the check-in counter and our experience with Natalia. If you are looking for a great resort in the Las Vegas area, I highly recommend everything about the MGM Grand. If you want the best spot for people watching, we recommend the Cane's on the strip. Make your way the the second floor seating and scoot into the booths with the best view of the action on the strip. If you run into Yaritza while you are dining, please give her a high five. She is working there now, but she is destined for great things with the way she serves each guest."
