"We enjoyed our stay at beach colony in the spacious Penthouse. The views from the 19th floor were spectacular. Additionally, the pool was sparkling and large. "this place was comfortable and homey, honestly didn't want to leave. The place was clean and very inviting. The only think I would recommend is better direction and better labeling of the buildings. "Even though the weather was cold and rainy, our stay was wonderful. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, everything you need to cook large meals. "This is a great location. We didn’t know what to expect but we had no damage and the rental was very nice and clean. We had a problem with internet due to storm damage outside the house and it was handled promptly. "This place has the best location in proximity to the beach - no stairs - beach is mere seconds away. Stayed everywhere from Destin to Pensacola. This place has everything beat. Pool was PRISTINE. "Unit was clean and nicely decorated. It had all of the essentials for cooking and bathing. There was not a washer/dryer but you know that before going.
