It was a quiet place on the beach but just a 15 beach walk to the pier. I loved the food at the restaurant and the service was wonderful. Everyone made us feel so welcome and taken care of. I loved this hotel so much. I felt safe. The pool was amazing- warm and zero depth too. Loved breakfast- the whipped cream on the French toast and the daiquiris was homemade I think?? The rooms were huge and looking at the dolphins in the morning with coffee. We will be back.

There are URINE STAINS on my mattress! Both sides of the bed were infected. Mattress didn’t have a bedding protection- nothing. Odor was unbearable and disgusting!. Bed sheet, cover, pillows…everything was stinky! Front desk and manager did nothing about this problem ! They didn’t care! We didn’t get a new room, we didn’t get clean mattress and we didn’t get money back! Nothing! We had to leave the room and go home earlier. Avoid 6th floor, but be aware, there are probably more rooms like this on every floor. This is zero star hotel! They don’t care about customers, they don’t care if their mattress is covered in urine! They will rent a room again without changing a thing.

Felt very comfortable riding out a storm in our room with the car parked in the garage below. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have a microwave in the room and a freezer compartment in the fridge.
