"Pool out of use, several menu items unavailable and disappointing breakfast. Room was nice and staff were friendly, sadly disappointing."

"The room was clean, fairly comfortable bed but the shower was appalling. The shower unit was one of those where you turn the dials for on/off and temperature, mainly used in cafe toilets. The water trickled very slow and it was luke warm or cold and kept stopping mid flow. It has to be the worst shower I've ever come across in the last thirty plus year's of travel. I reported the problem to reception but nothing was done to fix it. The location of the hotel is good but it needs major modernising and updating. All in all I was not very impressed."

"We had such a lovely stay at this Hotel. The sea view from our room was absolutely amazing — waking up right in front of the pier made the whole trip feel extra special. The location is perfect, with everything just a short walk away. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and went above and beyond to help us. Parking was full when we arrived, but one of the staff kindly offered us his own parking space, which we truly appreciated. That level of kindness and customer service made a big difference. Breakfast was delicious and everything cooked well. Honestly, I cannot fault our stay at all. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend!"

"Staff are always lovely. Most have been there years. We had breakfast and evening meals on our 3 night stay. Always good quality food of generous portions. The room was quiet, comfy bed, clean, good quality linen etc. Bathroom although clean, could do with an update. Shower was over bath which is not great, shower screen didn't do anything and water was over floor. The bath panel was ruined because of water ingress. Wouldn't stop me staying again, its probably one if the nicest hotels in area, I've stayed in other rooms which have normal shower."

"Excellent dog friendly hotel. Room had a massive king size bed and was to a high standard. Good coffee Maxine in the room and nice touches like.coins for the seaside slot machines. Dog bowl and dog rug. Toiletries were Elemis. Breakfast cooked and also cold buffet. Dogs even got cooked sausage. Bar area was good with draught beer. Excellent location near the pier. Definitely would stay there again if we were to revisit Llandudno. "

"Really nice breakfast with friendly staff. Executive room had an amazing view but annoyingly the 3rd doesn’t have a lift which isn’t great with a baby. Layout of the hotel is quite confusing"
