The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was very good. I was totally unimpressed with the room. Very much like a hostel with regard to the washing/toilet facilities and also no shaving mirror. Highky unlikely I would stay there again with regard to the latter comments.

This was my third year in a row staying at the Ixhora Hotel, and it remains absolutely unbeatable. I visit every single year, and somehow, the experience manages to get even better with each stay. The service, the atmosphere, and the overall comfort are consistently top-tier. If you are planning a trip to Snowdonia, look no further—I wouldn't dream of choosing any other place to stay!

Really nice hotel We had a twin room and the single bed were nearly double beds, and very comfortable. The air con was very welcome when 33 degrees outside Great buffet breakfast, everything you could want Had a meal one evening Fantastic burger Excellent stay Would definitely stay again if in the area

Not what I expected. This hotel is part of an extreme adventure experience place set in lovely surroundings. The rooms are very modern, beds comfortable but showers need deep cleaning as mould visible around edges. Shower doors opens into the room so water goes everywhere.

Room was beautiful and spa was amazing and relaxing. Welcoming staff when we checked in but our only issue was that the room was absolutely freezing. We tried to get the heating to work but didn’t and when we told the hotel staff they sent maintenance but did not actually fix it. This obviously put a dampener on the experience but other than that I would stay again as long as they fix their air con/heating

Toilet in room not clean when we checked in, advised reception and went to spa. Came back 2 hours later and still not cleaned, my partner went back to reception then had to show receptionist the mess left in the toilet, she said had checked and hadn’t seen anything wrong so just left it the first time.. couple hairs on the bedding, but after trying to sort the toilet never bothered to say anything. spa showers not very clean, clumps of hair. Restaurant had no menus, had to wait about 10 mins until another table finished with theirs so we could use. Hotel is lovely, just a few issues/cleanliness that could improve it. Take away address the road is great, would recommend over the in house restaurant - fusspot
