"This is our second time staying here a year apart and it’s still a good stay! You can’t beat the price point for the location and a safe clean stay. We booked two rooms and here’s what I can say- check in and communication is easy. They have a new text system that is really convenient. The front desk worker we met this time was very nice and efficient. Both rooms were very clean. No smudges on the headboards, even the baseboards look dusted. You can tell they’ve done a renovation of the place and work to upkeep it. Rooms are simple, but come with a table, dresser, closet and plenty of space. There’s an ice machine and soda vending machine near the front office. There’s plenty of vacationers going in and out and it’s central to a bunch of food places. "

She took the time to listen to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved seamlessly. Her level of customer service left a lasting impression—it was clear that she is deeply committed to both her guests and her role. Because of her efforts, we felt genuinely valued and well taken care of, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. In addition, the hotel itself is immaculate, the staff is warm and attentive, and the views are simply breathtaking. We are so glad we discovered this property in the Monterey area and will absolutely be returning in the future. We look forward to our next stay."

"The home is lovely. The only suggestions I would have would be to provide places for luggage in the bedrooms. Luggage racks or ottoman’s or even a dresser would be helpful. And I would also suggest adding one more chair for the living room. There is plenty of space for an easy chair or something similar. "
