A lovely room. Light airy with big bathroom, comfy bed, excellent complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits in spacious room, with great view. Breakfast and evening meal all homemade/cooked. High standard and delicious.

The staff at the Dorian House were fantastic. Made us feel so welcome and nothing was to much trouble. The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Excellent choice of Breakfasts which on both occasions was very nice. Overall it was probably one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and cant recommend highly enough. Looking forward to our next visit.

I have booked many hotel rooms in the past this one has to be the best by far it was what i would expect from a more expensive booking many thanks

If you want to treat yourself to a fabulous hotel, this is the place. A very comfortable and relaxing place to be. Attentive staff, where nothing seemed too much trouble. And a truly fantastic restaurant. For us this was a very rare treat, but what a treat it was!

Clean, modern, centrally located, wonderful spa…. It offers everything you need!

The hotel was very nicely styled, comfortable and in a good location. The staff were exceptional and the food very good too. Our only comment would be that the bed in our room was a standard double - 4ft 6 which was really too small in this day and age . I would expect even a standard room to have a king size bed. We would highly recommend the hotel despite this and would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. Lovely place to stay - beautiful part of Bath, we walked everywhere with ease,(galleries, shops, cinema, restaurants etc) and they serve a fantastic breakfast. Sweet staff.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We had a guided tour on arrival and the room was so spacious and well decorated, would absolutely recommend to anyone.

The hotel had a good location for walking into the town centre. They offered a very good selection for breakfast and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I found the room very warm, even though I tried to cool it using the air conditioning but obviously other visitors may not find that a problem.

Excellent hotel, the service in all the areas of the hotel was great from the dining room staff to the bar and therapists in the spa and on reception. The hotel it’s self was lovely, the guest experience was really thought through at every stage, as there were so many little touches throughout that really made your stay more comfortable and special. The hotel and grounds were maintained to a really high standard. Overall an excellent hotel and we look forward to returning!

Location is good. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy and particularly pleased to find fresh milk in the fridge!

We had driven past the George on our way to a further destination in October and decided to have Sunday lunch there on our way back as it looked rather stunning. We had a fantastic Sunday roast. We then decided a Xmas treat was due and we chose to stay the night on the 19th of December. Our expectations were met with overall high standards.
