"Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. "

"We had a great stay here. The hotel is nice, clean and updated. The rooms were a good size and have a balcony. The beach is just steps away. Pool open 24 hours. Outside bar open tipp 11 and inside one till 12. The casino is small but has a mix of games. Old San Juan was a 20 minute Uber ride away. "

"Our stay at the Royal Sonesta was a good experience. The only thing that was a bummer was that our bathroom had a small leak in the ceiling. Other than that, the stay and all the amenities were great, right on the beach. "
